biscoff chocolate muffins

Hello guys,
A very delicious recipe, one of my cooking book that I live the most. In my book this chocolate muffins were with wafers, but I replaced that with biscoff because we love this belgium biscuits at home. So because  biscoff is a little bit sweet I added less sugar in my recipe, changing it from the one in the book.  The result was a very delightful, mouth watering muffins.
Ingredients:
  • 270 gr flour
  • 35 gr biscoff
  • 50 g dark chocolate (if you want a color more chocolate, you can double the amount of chocolate)
  • 90 grams of sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 240 ml milk
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 1 egg
Preparation:
  1. preheat oven to 200 °C
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder and add all other ingredients.
  3. Mix vigorously with a spoon until it becomes homogeneous, but do not mix too.
  4. fill the boxes had already prepared muffin until 3 / 4 height
  5. Bake at 200 degrees during the first 5 minutes, then reduce temperature to 170 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes.
