Ingredients
  

  • Grenadine syrup adjust with water to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 orange

Instructions
 

  • Combine grenadine syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice in a wide dish (shallow works better than deep).
  • Pop it in the fridge/freezer.
  • Every hour, scrape the forming ice with a fork to break it into delicate crystals.
  • Repeat 4–6 times over ~6 hours until fully icy.
  • Chill glasses ahead of time for best presentation.
  • Scoop the granita in, top with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds, and serve instantly.
