- Grenadine syrup adjust with water to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 orange
Combine grenadine syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice in a wide dish (shallow works better than deep).
Pop it in the fridge/freezer.
Every hour, scrape the forming ice with a fork to break it into delicate crystals.
Repeat 4–6 times over ~6 hours until fully icy.
Chill glasses ahead of time for best presentation.
Scoop the granita in, top with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds, and serve instantly.
