  • Watermelon about 1/4 of a medium melon
  • Fresh greens or arugula 1 generous handful
  • Feta cheese about 100g
  • Black olives as desired
  • Seeds 1–2 teaspoons

Simple Dressing

  • 2 –3 tbsp sesame oil good quality makes a big difference
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime for variation
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • Place the salad greens or arugula in a large bowl.
  • Top with the watermelon cubes, crumbled feta, and black olives.
